The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode together with his running mate, Dr. (Mrs) Idiat Oluranti Adebule, today paid a visit to the Mile12 market in the Kosofe Local government area of the state. They were there to woo the market women and men to vote for the continuity of good governance in the state.
While moving in a procession that lasted for almost an hour through the market, the governorship candidate and his running mate both engaged the market women and men closely, while carefully noting their expression of concerns and expectations from the incoming government.
The visibly happy market women and men expressed appreciation at what the party APC had done, and we’re uniform in their chants of support for the candidature of Akinwunmi Ambode and Dr. Adebule throughout the course of the procession.
Mr. Ambode also used the opportunity to meet with the leaders and members of the National Union of Road and Transport Workers (N.U.R.T.W) within the market. The association also stated their readiness to support the man they said they were “so happy” to receive.
