A week after Governor Akinwunmi Ambode expressed his displeasure at the deplorable state of the Oshodi-Apapa Expressway, Julius Berher Plc has moved to the site and started work on rehabilitating the road. The Governor last week passed through the Cele-Ilasa-Isolo axis of Oshodi-Apapa Expressway and directed that road be fixed immediately.
