“I came to assure you that we will together achieve a Lagos that works for us all. I have the cognate experience to represent us in the next four years; but today, I am here to listen to you, your thoughts and concerns, that will make up the agenda for a even much greater Lagos”

Ambode noted that a lot more will be achieved in Lagos, especially in a national economic hub like Apapa, when the progressive APC party governs at the Federal level.
“Most of the projects that will create the comfort and development that Apapa deserves will be sped up, if there is a steady complementary input from the Federal government. This is more reason why we have to vote APC in the March 28 elections”.

“The government of Lagos state under the APC continues to try its best to fulfill its sworn mandate to give good governance at all levels. Apapa will not be left out in the greater excellence that is in view for the next four years, in such a way that this great town will be restored to her glorious past”, Ambode added.

Notably, Ambode stated that, “Our youths and artisans will benefit from the 25 billion Naira Employment Trust Fund and Small Business Credit Guarantee loans that we will set up in partnership with the Private sector. This is poised at creating a better livelihood for you all that actually make up almost 90% of the Lagos population”, adding that this move will alleviate poverty, engage youths, and reduce crime rates drastically.

While answering the more questions, he promised befitting and accessible workshops for the artisans, an enforcement of traffic and anti-trafficking laws, a consolidation of the state’s Security Trust Fund, the creation of enabling environment to encourage entrepreneurship, and other similarly practical policies meant to make Apapa and Lagos work for all. He particularly promised the completion of the Badagry express road and other projects that do not see completion by May 29.
