The All Progressives Congress (APC) gubernatorial campaign train attended the Jumat service held at the Ijaiye Ojokoro Central Mosque in Ifako-Ijaiye today. The APC governorship candidate was ably represented therein by his running mate, Dr. (Mrs) Oluranti Adebule, who joined other Muslim faithful to pray for the good of the state.

While rendering his sermon, Imam Mikhail Kewulere, gave reference to the positive effects of good and people-oriented leadership in all spheres of life, be it within the family or in the government. He pointed out that the APC in Lagos has been exemplary in the past 16 years judging by the steady rate of development the state has witnessed.

He implored on behalf of the people that the incoming government tries their utmost best to improve upon the achievements of the outgoing leadership in Lagos, especially as regards electricity, transportation, appointments, and job provision.

Alhaji Imam Ambali Lawal led other Imams and the congregation in more prayers for peace in the forthcoming elections and also for the success of the APC at all levels.
