Ambode Meets With the Taxi Drivers Association

The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Akinwunmi Ambode, and his running mate, Dr. (Mrs) Idiat Oluranti Adebule, today met with the executive members of the Ogudu and Gbagada taxi drivers association at his Campaign office.
The meeting was intended to intimate them with his plans for Lagos as the preparation for the elections enter top gear.

Ambode said, “I assure you that my plans for our Lagos cover you all and it pleases me to also serve to your demands, because we are here to run this government together”.

The gubernatorial candidate urged the exco members to woo their members on the importance of continuity of the excellent governance in Lagos, and as such vote for the APC in the forthcoming elections.
He also urged them to rigorously sensitize the members on the collection and use of their Permanent Voters’ Cards (PVCs), in order to be truly eligible voters that will vote in change here in Lagos and in government at the centre.

The taxi drivers accepted the candidate’s vision and unanimously expressed readiness to support him.
